Improved rpm band in rFMS
DOITS working group have proposed to ACEA HDEI FMS Standardisation Group to, in
the new version of rFMS 2,0, change the intervals to ensure that the critical rpm bands
will be visible.

DOITS proposed the redefining of speed classes to give higher resolution and capture
critical rev intervals like with 1200-1600 rpm.
